TechneTronics has worked on an assortment of different commercial projects with a variety of different businesses. Below are some of the projects that we are proud to have completed.

Regal Cinemas

1419 S Main Chapel Way, Gambrills, MD 21054

Located in the Waugh Chapel shopping district, this 12 theater cinema, with IMAX, can accommodate more than 2,200 movie goers. This theater also includes a party room, hearing and vision impaired accommodations, a game room, stadium seating, and state of the art digital projection.

TechneTronics Inc. provided all CCTV, Electronic Signage, Voice/Data Cabling, POS Systems, Public Address, and Audio/Visual Cabling.

The Lenore

114 E Lexington Street, Baltimore, MD 21202

Located in the historic Federal Reserve Bank, this apartment building offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, as well as studios and lofts. Many of the apartments offer stonework and arched windows from the original design in 1926. Other features include an iBar, pet friendly bark park, and TRX training room.

TechneTronics Inc. provided a design build, code compliant fire alarm system.

SkyHouse

401 M Street SW, Washington DC 20024

Two former EPA office buildings in Southwest converted into 530 residential units. The buildings are the tallest residential structures in southwest. Both buildings offer rooftop pools with a beautiful 360 degree view of the district.

Healthcare for the Homeless

421 Fallsway, Baltimore, MD 21202

This facility offers pediatric, adult and geriatric medical care, mental health services, social work and case management, addiction treatment and many other services including supportive housing and access to education and employment placement.

TechneTronics Inc. provided a comprehensive physical security system including card access and CCTV, as well as audio systems, and a code compliant fire alarm system.

Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Camden Yards

110 South Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

This hotel has 10 floors, 490 rooms, 34 suites, and is in walking distance to Baltimore’s nightlife. On site you will find a state of the art fitness center, dining, car rental services, and parking.

AVA H Street

318 I Street NE, Washington DC 20002

This tech-savvy apartment building offers 138 apartments including 1 &2 bedrooms as well as studios. It also offers features such as electric car charging stations, an underground parking garage, a bike storage and repair room, and on-site maintenance.
